Another baby update! I had an appointment yesterday and an ultrasound and it went wonderfully. The babies are growing and moving and look more and more like babies instead of aliens. One of them was moving all around and wouldn't hardly hold still for the doctor to take a picture. Ryan got a video of it with his phone which I will try to post here. As soon as he scans the pictures I will post those as well.
I thought that this would be our last appointment with our specialist, but he wants to see us one more time in 2 weeks in which I will officially be in my 2nd trimester! We are so spoiled at this office since we have gotten to see the babies pretty much every 2 weeks. When we go to the regular OB doctor, our speciallist said that we porbably won't have another ultrasound until around 20 weeks. How am I to wait 6 weeks for an ultrasound!!! Ryan even told the specialist that we were addicted to ultrasounds! It was cute.

SORRY!!!

Oh my its been awhile! I must apologize! I do have a good excuse!! I have been so tired these last few weeks. When I get home from work, I crash on the couch and end up napping for awhile and then when Ryan gets home, I just wanna hang with him! I also have a cold with a cough on top of the tiredness and puking!! Not so fun! I am almost to the magical 12 week mark (10wks 4days) so hopefully the morning sickness will go away then! Ryan and I are getting more and more excited for the babies though sometimes it doesn't even seem real since we worked on babies for 2 1/2 years!!

Our last ultrasound was last Tuesday when I was 9wks 3days. The babies were huge!! (ok like an inch long) Their little hearts were beating away at 182 and 188! I think they are both girls. Reasons: 1. high heart rates 2. I had a dream before we even knew we were having twins though I knew I was pregnant that I was walking two little twin girls!! But time will tell; only a few more weeks until we find that out!! Anyway, twin A was moving all around, kicking its legs and moving its arms!! It brought tears to our eyes! It was the most beautiful thing ever! Baby B was snoozing away so he/she wasn't moving; just her/his little heart beating away!

Hmmmm what else has been going on..........

Well nothing I can think of, but I do have ultrasound pictures from last week. Oh yeah, and they are bigger because the doctor couldn't fit both babies into one ultrasound picture either!!

Ok quick update! I do not have the new ultrasound pictures scanned to be able to post here yet so I will do that later. Anyway, our appointment went wonderfully. The babies are twice the size they were from just a week ago!! It was truly amazing! We could see their little hearts beating in their chests!! The heart beats were 140 and 146! So much faster than last week, but that is good and where they are supposed to be. I am still having alot of morning sickness, though it is really all day and the worst at night. I can still barely eat anything, but I try! The doctor gave me Phenergan and I think it helps but don't know for 100% sure because that crap knocks me out!! I slept for 14 hours yesterday from taking that!! I have noticed that I am so much more tired lately, like whole body exhausted and a little more moody!! haha
Anyway, Ryan and I are so excited to have these babies as I have already said a billion times! Pictures to follow!

Here are the babies at 6wks 3days

Ya, I know, no one know what they are looking at and really you can hardly see the babies themselves. The baby on the right is towards the top of the black area and is the little speck.
We are aving another ultrasound next Tuesday to make sure everything still looks good. They are measuring perfectly for their age and the heartbeats were 115 and 125 so that is good for how early in the pregnancy it is. We are lucky to even hear the heartbeats!! We feel so blessed and thanks to everyone for your prayers for getting us this far, just keep praying!

Well if you look to the right, you will see the wonderful news that we have!! We have know we were pregnant for 3 weeks or so now, but today was our first ultrasound and the doctor said "how do you feel about twins!!!" We feel so blessed and overjoyed!!!! We knew that multiples were possible and twins were always ok!! We are just extatic!!! We are due Sept 19 and the babies looked wonderful. They are measuring perfect and we got to hear the heartbeats as well. One was 115 and the other 125. They are low but that is normal for this early on!! Praise God!!!! Ultrasound pictures to come!
