Hello! I am still here. I post a quick update about the ultrasound yesterday and then I will post some pictures later today or tomorrow!

Anyway, I had a 28 week ultrasound and the boys are good!! A was 3lbs 3oz and B was 3lbs 4oz. They are measuring that of a 30 week baby so they are big!! Heart rates were 137 and 150 which is normal. They were misbehaving as usual and we were unable to get any pictures at all!!! So no pictures of the boys this time....
They are also breech (butt down) which means that if this boogers don't turn, I will end up with a c-section. I am starting to be ok with that but it really wasn't the first choice of delivery. I don't do well with pain. haha! I saw the high risk specialist who said that if they don't turn, my regular doctor will probably schedule the c-section at about 37 or 38 weeks which puts them at the beginning of September. If we would get to pick the day, Ryan and I have already talked about Sept 2, Mom's birthday. We thought that that would be a really cool way to honor her, but we will see. i just want healthy boys!! Alright, off to work. More to come....

Oh my! I am a bad blogger. I do have ultrasound pictures though to make up for it!!
Anyway, Quick update on my appointment from Thursday. I had an appointment with the perinatologist and an ultrasound. The boys are doing great! They are measuring well and they weigh 1lb 9oz and 1lb 10oz which according to a website I go to to see what the babies are like week to week is actually a bit big! The site says they measure about a pound at 24 weeks so we have hefty healthy boys!! There heart rates were 131 and 133. At the start of the ultrasound, both babies were breech which means their heads are up and butts are down. In the middle of it all Baby B decided to be ornery and flip to a head down position. After which, baby A apparently did nt like this and kicked Baby B in the head! Of course they fight back and forth with each other, it is just funny we actually got to see it. You can also see Baby A's 2 little feet in Baby B's head shot!
The doctor also made the comment about how good everything looked like 5 times so I that makes me feel really good that these babies are doing wonderfully!! We just feel so extremely blessed!!

Well not too much to update on. We have accomplished one more thing on our list of things to do. We registered at Babies R Us and Target on Saturday and I am glad we did it this early because just those few hours walking around the store exhausted me. I hurt for 2 days after!!! But its done and we can update online if we need to!
I also am cutting back on work starting next week. I am too exhausted to work 8 hours a day for 5 days a week. So I will be working 4 days and then probably 3 by the end of June. My boss is really awesome and offered it to me before I even asked!! Anyway, that is all for now. We have another appointment next Thursday. So far the boys are good!

Alright, here are the pics of me (well my belly).
The first 2 are at 15 weeks.


This one is at 19 weeks, though I think I look huge because of the shirt more than the belly...maybe.

Oh, and I am in the nursery for those. Yes, the walls are bright green but looks less dramatic in person. Our overall theme are safari animals I guess you could call them. No, the tv is not staying, Ryan just hadn't moved it to the basement yet when those were taken. (He finally did it today, haha).

Baby B-The first picture he is looking toward you and the second is his profile. You can see his little lips and nose so clear!!

Baby A- He only got one picture printed out and its a profile, though not as clear as baby B since he was moving while the tech was trying to get a picture.



We are still deciding on names. One of the babies will probably be Nathan (baby A) and Ryan is in charge of thinking of a name for baby B. Their middle names will be Connor and Daniel after my mom, Connie Denise! Not sure which middle name will go to which baby. Depends what we name baby B.

The Twinkies

Well here is the official post! We are having healthy ....... BOYS!!! We are shocked, scared, but overall excited and happy that they look good. These boys are not going to be shy though!! Both of them had their little legs wide open and their sexes were very obvious!! Two Little Peepers! They measured perfectly for their ages and were moving all around. I even had to roll to one side during the ultrasound because baby B would not cooperate with the tech so she could get a picture of his heart!! We also saw that Baby B is laying on top of Baby A! They are already wrestling!! We have not decided on names yet. We have a few we have been throwing around but nothing is for sure!! I'll post pictures when Ryan scans them and post names when we decide!!

Sorry its been so long since my last update. Everything is going fine. My belly keeps getting bigger and bigger every day. I wake up every morning and I notice a difference! Definitely a good thing; I know the babies are growing! I am also starving every couple of hours. I have also been feeling the babies move through out the day, but mostly at night just when I am trying to go to sleep! These kids are already trying to keep me awake all night! My last OB appointment (almost 2 weeks ago...oops) went fine. My blood pressure is great and I am actually starting to gain weight instead of loosing it! I saw a different doctor than last time and he was ok. As long as he can deliver babies, I don't have to like him! The heart rates were in the 140s. Our next appointment is our BIG ultrasound where we get to find out what our little monkeys are!!! Its this Thursday at 8:40am!!! We are just so excited!!! Not only to see our babies after 5 weeks of not seeing them, but just to make sure they are good and healthy! That has been our only prayer for these babies that they are healthy and strong! We will feel greatly blessed no matter what the sexes are!! I will post pictures of the ultrasound and of me when I stop being lazy!! Have a good weekend!
